WEBINAR TIPS
- Record and Manage Recordings: Record your teleconference. If you are hosting a web conference at the same time, you can use the option to have ReadyTalk's recording service capture both the audio and the web content from your meeting. You can access past recordings and email, replay, download or podcast these events allowing you to share your content with colleagues and/or customers who were unable to attend the live conference.
- If you are working with a large group, have a buddy in the room with you to monitor for questions. It helps you concentrate on your presentation while your buddy is making sure you respond to all the questions.
- Always begin a presentation by introducing yourself, your company and an overview of what you intend to present/discuss.
- Thank the attendees at the end and ask them for feedback.
- At the end, direct the audience to your web site for more info and give them your telephone number.
